KidsPoint Volunteer Application

This application should be completed by all volunteer positions involving the supervision of minor children. The purpose of this form is to assist in the creation of a safe environment for children and students who participate in the programs of Gracepoint Church. The applicant's references will be contacted and a meeting will be scheduled with the KidsPoint Ministry Director once the application has been submitted. Additionally, a background check and consent will be sent from MinistrySafe.
